ESV Umar Mohammed Al-Amin, ANIVS, RSV is a dynamic and visionary professional with over five years of experience in the real estate industry. As the Director of Property Development at ASRON Nigeria Limited, he specializes in property valuation, estate agency, and property management. His deep passion for real estate and strategic planning has enabled him to achieve remarkable milestones, including the sale of over 400 plots at Millennium City in 2024. He is currently spearheading the development of a premium estate in Unguwan Rimi GRA, Kaduna, which consists of 16 units of 4-bedroom terrace duplexes, 4 units of 5-bedroom semi-detached homes, and 5 units of 5-bedroom detached homes.
Driven by his mission to address the growing demand for housing in Nigeria, Umar aspires to contribute to the development of 100,000 homes. His expertise in sourcing finance for real estate development projects, networking, and closing high-value deals has played a crucial role in fostering partnerships with key industry players, such as Kogi Investment Properties Limited, for large-scale developments. His ability to secure strategic collaborations has been instrumental in positioning ASRON Nigeria Limited as a force in the Nigerian real estate sector.
Umar holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Estate Management and Valuation from the Federal University of Technology, Minna, Niger State. As a certified estate surveyor and valuer, he is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (ANIVS) and a Registered Surveyor and Valuer (RSV). To further enhance his professional and leadership skills, he is also a member of Toastmasters International, a globally recognized organization dedicated to public speaking and leadership development.
